Our company has put considerable skill, time and knowledge into developing our integrated management system with task specific work method statements for each activity that is performed on site. We take health, safety and well being of our staff as a priority. All of our staff have completed a Work Health and Safety construction Induction, company induction as well as specific equipment inductions to ensure they are skills for the tasks undertaken. All staff have a verification of competence for all equipment. Our field workers carry hard hats with visors, sunscreen, first aid equipment and mobile phones for their personal safety. CJ Murphy continues to complete regular risk assessments, inspections and ongoing training making sure employees are kept up to the correct quality, health, safety and environmental standards.
CJ Murphy enforces a drug and alcohol-free workplace and continues to enforce a zero tolerance for any unsafe work practices.
